Each Thunderbolt board is crafted entirely by hand. The process starts with an EPS foam core equipped with a multi-component carbon fiber stringer system, meticulously engineered to deliver optimal flex and responsiveness. Proprietary designs incorporating internal carbon fiber components are strategically positioned on both the deck and the bottom of the board to ensure precise control over flex and maximize strength.

The core shield PVC layer acts as a flexible protective barrier, bolstering the board's durability and strength without compromising its inherent flex and twist characteristics.
