About the Event
The 6th Annual Slimes Wave of the Winter Presentation kicks off from 3pm on Sunday November 1st!
Hosted again at our favourite establishment - Modus Brewery Merewether.
We will be crowning the 2026 Champion as judged by Merewether’s very own 4x World Champion, Mark Richards. And the coveted Wipeout of the Year will be decided by the crowd with the traditional bottlecap in a jar voting system.
There are a stack of amazing Raffle Prizes up for grabs with all proceeds going to local charity Surfing the Spectrum
We have a section of the Brewery locked in so no need to book - see you there for the freshest beers in Newcastle and a celebration of our local surf community
