When it comes to returns, we like to set your mind at ease... If you’re not satisfied with your online Rip Curl purchase, simply return it to us following our procedures and within 21 days of receipt, unless purchased within the extended Christmas period. Please note a refund will be issues as exchanges are not available at this time. Seamless!
WARRANTY
If you’ve purchased a Rip Curl watch from an authorised Rip Curl Australia retailer, you’re in luck! We offer a comprehensive Watch Warranty policy. You’re covered for five years on Movements (y’know, the part inside the watch that makes it all tick). You will also have a two-year warranty of Water Resistance, and one full year on your watch battery.
